Ever notice that there is a difference between leadership and management?
While leaders must manage, they also create and produce revenue out of nothing. Strict management, simply manages fixed budgets and resources well, but is not responsible for creating the revenue they manage. Leaders, by faith in God and His promises, literally create something out of nothing.
